The Life – The Lord Jesus Christ

The Lord Jesus Christ said: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” – John 14:6

In the previous articles, verses showing the Lord’s Way and the Lord’s Truth were shared.

In this article, the Lord’s Life is revealed, showing us the resurrection and the life, to eternal salvation.

“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or … for My name’s sake … will inherit eternal life.” – Matthew 19:29
“In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men.” – John 1:4
“everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life” – John 3:15
“Whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

I AM the Resurrection and the Life:

“I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die.” – John 11:25-26
“So, having obtained help from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, stating nothing but what the Prophets and Moses said was going to take place; that the Christ was to suffer, and that by reason of His resurrection from the dead He would be the first to proclaim light both to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.” – Acts 26:22-23
“For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died is freed from sin.” – Romans 6:5-7
“righteousness … which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection” – Philippians 3:9-10

“Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection.” – Revelation 20:6

The Ark of the Covenant contained:

“the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden jar holding the manna, and Aaron’s rod which budded, and the tables of the covenant.” – Hebrews 9:4

Aaron’s rod which budded – The Way – “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.” – Mark 1:3; “teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes” – Psalm 119:33; “You shall walk in all the way which the Lord your God has commanded you.” – Deuteronomy 5:33
