Multitude from the Tribulation

‘A Multitude from the Tribulation’ / ‘The Great Multitude in White Robes’:

“After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no-one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb.  They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.” Revelation 7:9

“And they cry out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.’ ” – Revelation 7:10

“And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshipped God, saying: ‘We give thanks to you Lord God Almighty, who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.  The nations were angry; and your wrath has come.  The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great – and for destroying those who destroy the earth.’ ” – Revelation 11:16-18

“And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshipped God saying, ‘Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honour and power and might, be to our God forever and ever.  Amen.’ ” – Revelation 7:11-12

“Then one of the elders asked me, ‘These in white robes – who are they, and where did they come from?’ ” – Revelation 7:13

out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.’ ” – Revelation 7:14

“ ‘For this reason, they are before the throne of God and serve Him day and night in His temple and He who sits on the throne will spread His tent over them.  They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat; For the Lamb will be their shepherd; He will lead them to springs of living water.  And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ” – Revelation 7:15-17
