The Bible is absolutely full of prophecy – some state that about 1/3 of the Bible is prophecy. Much of that prophecy is concerning what will happen in the End Times.
First you have to keep in mind that some prophecy is dual-prophecy. Another way of saying the same thing is the phrase ‘near and far prophecy’. Some events happened relatively soon following the prophets’ words, and then history will repeat itself in the ‘far prophecy’, more than likely during the Tribulation. Something to keep in mind.
One example:
1 Chronicles 17:12: “He shall build for Me a house and I will establish his throne forever.” Short term: God’s promise to David that David’s son, Solomon, will build the temple in Jerusalem and that his seed will be the coming King. Long term: God’s promise that His son, Jesus Christ, would build His Father’s, spiritual, house, which will last forever. Luke 1:32-33: “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end.”
Another example:
“ ‘But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near.’ ” – Luke 21:20 Short term: Titus’ Roman army destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD. Long term: during the seven year Tribulation.
One more example:
Isaiah 17 – near prophecy – the ruin of Damascus, Syria by the Assyrians – fulfilled around 732 B.C.; far prophecy – Christ’s return, and Damascus is totally destroyed.

This particular article concentrates on the prophesied disasters leading up to, and during, the End Times. It is God’s wrath because of the apostasy, because of the sin, because of the evil and wickedness so predominant in the world today. The great Flood during Noah’s days should be a warning that God won’t tolerate wickedness forever. His wrath is coming. “The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever.” – Psalm 103:8-9. Now is the time to repent, to turn to the Lord, to worship and pray to the one true God.
Below are some of the key End Times Prophecies as written in the Bible.

For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; avoid such men as these.” – 2 Timothy 3:1-5

It was the same as happened in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building; but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. “ ‘He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars, says this: “I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Wake up, and strengthen the things that remain, which were about to die; for I have not found your deeds completed in the sight of My God. So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you.” ’ ” – Revelation 3:1-3
Readers: please take a moment, reread the above scripture, Revelation 3:1-3. Be honest with yourselves and decide if the Lord Jesus Christ was maybe, just maybe, speaking to you. Where you spend eternity depends on your decision and repentance.
